About the BPEX online FCI Service

From 1 January 2008 under new EU farm-to-fork hygiene legislation, pig producers are classified as food producers and with it a whole new tranche of paperwork needs to be filled in every time a batch of pigs are sent to an abattoir, this is called Food Chain Information (FCI).

However BPEX have developed an Online FCI Service to avoid this additional paperwork with a few simple clicks of a mouse.
